We’re coming to the end of term already. The bulk of my pastry classes are over (last week was the final week to really be making new things and taking them home), but this week will be extra fun because we’re doing plated desserts!
- Lemon suncakes with honey ice cream, fresh blueberries, candied lemon zest and lavender tuiles
- Vanilla-poached apricots, lemon-basil sherbet and lemon tuiles
- Warm chocolate lava cakes, blackberry-buttermilk sherbet, cashew brittle, raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce, creme anglaise, and cocoa wafer
- Mango, chocolate, and sugar-roasted lemon sorbets (with accompanying sauces)
